Coach Ryan is a former military trainer who has worked with elite military and law enforcement teams across the globe. He holds multiple certifications in human movement and behavioral change.
Coach Ryan’s vision for exercise is to return to the primal movements that helped humans evolve.
MOUV workouts involve a combination of indoor and outdoor exercise series.
Indoor elements teach the basics, allowing a safe and controlled environment to develop movement skills.
Outdoor elements provide an opportunity for practical application of the movements in natural environments.
